CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
As we aim to provide a smooth & stress free customer experience to all our customers of FABIO BIANCO, our cancellation policies are designed keeping the best interest of all our buyers & are subjected to following terms & conditions.
TOTAL ORDER CANCELLATION
- You can easily place an order cancellation request by sending an email to contact@fabiobianco.shop
- Order cancellation is accepted & processed only if the products have not been dispatched from our end. If the products have already been dispatched then no cancellation is allowed.
PARTIAL ORDER CANCELLATION
- Partial cancellation from any of our customers shall not be accepted. Unfortunately, no refunds will be made in case of a partial order return or its cancellation.
RETURNS
Return of product is only accpeted for 7 days. Once 7 days have passed since the delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your returned item is delivered to us, we will notify you via email about its delivery to us. You will also receive a confirmation regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your BANK ACC via NEFT, within 10-15 business days of the approval date.
In case of orders placed via Cash on the Delivery, we would require your bank account details from the same email address from which the order was placed.
LATE REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale and discounted items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
Items will be replaced only if they were delivered defective or damaged & immediate contact needs to be made with us if so. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@fabiobianco.shop to place the request and our team will get back to you with assistance.
SHIPPING TERMS FOR RETURNING THE PRODUCT
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping costs shall be borne by you in case of return of any products. Also the shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of refunds, the shipping back costs shall be deducted from the same.
The time it may take for the returned product to reach Fabio Bianco and other subsequent factors depends on your location. Please be patient for the same.
